Unique movie-themed rooms were quite enjoyable.

I encountered significant issues with billing that marred my experience. I was charged twice for the room, which caused immense stress and frustration. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with the staff multiple times, I received no satisfactory help, leaving my stay on a sour note.

Woke up to breathtaking ocean views and the smell of fresh pastries from the nearby café. The staff, especially the charming barman, were highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't what we'd requested, and we had many issues with housekeeping. We experienced delays and a lack of communication that dampened our visit.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was a hassle, with a slow and disorganized system that extended our wait time. My room had issues with inconsistent housekeeping. on multiple occasions, cleaning was not completed until late in the day, raising concerns about maintenance. The minibar technology was also inconvenient, automatically charging for items as soon as they were removed, which felt cumbersome. Additionally, noise from the street disturbed my sleep during the early morning hours, making it difficult to fully relax.

i had a fantastic experience at this hotel. my previous stay in cannes was good, but this time the service and attention to detail really stood out. the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views, and the cocktails were simply divine.

We lounged at Palais Stéphanie Beach and loved the live DJ vibes on weekends. The location is superb and our room was cozy. Pro tip, make sure to confirm any room details ahead of time for a smoother check-in experience!

We did have a hiccup with breakfast for our son. Our request wasn't noted, leading to an embarrassing moment at the dining area. Just a heads up to follow up on meal arrangements when you arrive.

The location is wonderful for exploring the area. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and coffee capsules each day. Additionally, the room service was efficient and attentive, making my stay more comfortable.

However, the parking fee seems a bit steep compared to free options available nearby.

The check-in process was slow, which didn’t set a good tone for our arrival. Staff members were not as friendly as expected for a five-star hotel, yet one new guest relations manager stood out with her positive attitude. The room service charges seemed excessive for what was offered, like a €12 bottle of Sprite. Food prices at the restaurant were steep, making it hard to enjoy meals without feeling ripped off. Had issues with noise, especially from the streets, which made for restless nights. Overall, while the hotel has a lot of potential, several areas need attention to truly match the five-star experience.
